Dear RANsquawk user,
For all Ventrilo audio users please be aware that our server hosting provider Nationvoice LLC went into insolvency yesterday and as such can no longer provide RANsquawk with Ventrilo licenses.
We only learnt of the Nationvoice LLC insolvency late on Sunday night and we have since been working around the clock to find an alternative hosting provider. We have now set up Ventrilo servers with our new hosting provider TypeFrag which means Ventrilo users will need to update server settings.
If you are having any difficulties with Ventrilo please contact us on +44 (0)20 3017 4300 or admin@ransquawk.com and we will provide you with the new server details.
Please note that web audio users are not affected by this change.
