Yet another dead cat bounce for Bunds and their Eurozone peers post-dire German data and via a temporary pause to pour over ECB’s Panetta who does not see price expectations becoming unanchored. However, hawkish Fed remarks/guidance has overshadowed all else as the 10 year benchmark ducked under 157.00, periphery debt extended their underperformance, Gilts retested support/underlying bids ahead of 120.00 and the 10 year T-note fell further to 120-07+ at worst.
