BoJ market operations for three on-the-run issues of 10yr JGBs
- Will change the minimum fee rate for applicable three on-the-run issues of 10y JGBs to 1.00% in principle from 0.25% as of February 27th.
- Will lower the upper-limit on the amount of sales per issue from the amount outstanding of the bank's holdings, for applicable 10yr JBG issues.
- Will not necessarily conduct fixed rate purchase operations for consecutive days for the applicable issues if yields for those within the secondary market are not expected to hit 0.5%.
