AstraZeneca (AZN LN) - Co. announced that the MULBERRY Phase III randomised, placebo-controlled trial in children with HPP who have not been previously treated with Strensiq, showed efzimfotase alfa demonstrated statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in bone health. Casino (CO FP) - No agreement has been reached between Casino, FRH and the creditors regarding the adaptation and strengthening of the Casino Group’s financial structure. Discussions will therefore continue. (Casino) 

Engie (ENGI FP) - Co. is expanding its power transmission activities in Brazil with the award of new concessions. (Engie) 

Getlink (GET FP) - Mundys confirms it has raised its stake to 9.5%. Mundys will hold 19.0% of Getlink’s share capital and up to 24.9% of its voting rights confirming itself as one of the main shareholders of the company. (Getlink)

IG (IGG LN) - FCA has approved the appointment of Andrew Barron as Board Chair, as announced on 3 March 2026. Andrew will assume the role of Board Chair and Chair of the Nomination Committee from 1 April 2026. (IG)

Unilever (ULVR LN) - Co. confirms that it is in talks with McCormick (MKC), regarding its food unit. Work remains ongoing to agree and finalise a transaction and it is possible that an agreement could be concluded today, although there can be no certainty that a transaction will be agreed. Details: If a transaction were to proceed, it is currently contemplated that it would involve a combination of Unilever Foods (excluding parts of its Foods portfolio such as its business in India) with McCormick, with an upfront cash component of approximately USD 15.7bln and the majority of the consideration in McCormick equity.
