Enel (ENEL IM) - 2026-28 strategic plan (EUR): 53bln of investment (prev. 43bln), to accelerate group growth with focus on the most dynamic geographies. Honeywell (HON) / Johnson Matthey (JMAT LN) - Honeywell announced an amended agreement to acquire Johnson Matthey's Catalyst Technologies business segment; total transaction consideration is GBP 1.32bln. Also extends the long stop date to July 21, 2026. If any of the regulatory approvals are not satisfied by the long stop date, the long stop date may be extended to August 21, 2026, if certain conditions are met. (Honeywell)
