Honeywell (HON) / Johnson Matthey (JMAT LN) - Honeywell announced an amended agreement to acquire Johnson Matthey's Catalyst Technologies business segment; total transaction consideration is GBP 1.32bln. Also extends the long stop date to July 21, 2026.
