Daimler Truck Holding (DTG GY) - Daimler Truck is claiming that the bankrupt trucking company Kal Freight owes it about USD 139mln. The debt is secured by the titles of 1,625 tractors and trailers, following an alleged fraudulent transfer of assets to an affiliate of Kal Freight. (WSJ)

Maersk (MAERSKB DC) - Co. says if the USMX strike occurs then they would expect vessel operations to halt by midnight on 14th January. (Newswires) 

NatGas - UK government plans to reform grid connection and planning rules to attract GBP 40bln in annual investment by 2030, Bloomberg reports. The move aims to phase out fossil fuels from electricity generation and support decarbonisation.

Stellantis (STLAM IM/STLAP FP) - Co. said it will be compliant with EU targets for 2025 intermediate carbon reduction. (Newswires)
