Societe Generale (GLE FP) - Reached agreement with Saham group for disposal of Societe Generale Marocaine de Banques and La Marocaine Vie, its Moroccan unit for EUR 745mln. Expected to have a negative accounting impact of approx. EUR -75mln on Q1'24 results. Transaction will have an estimated positive effect of around 15bps on Co's CET1 ratio upon completion.
