France Budget - French Budget Minister Amiel said France will keep its 2026 deficit goal at 5% for now, stating that it is too early to target a deeper reduction, despite a marked improvement vs last year, Bloomberg reports. Amiel said the deficit narrowed to 5.1% in 2025 (vs 5.8% in 2024) partly due to one-off factors. (Bloomberg)
