AstraZeneca (AZN LN) - Imfinzi granted Priority Review in the US for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Aviva (AV/ LN)/ Direct Line (DLG LN) - Direct Line has confirmed it has reached a prelim agreement with Aviva on potential deal. Bloomberg added the offer for Direct Line at GBP 2.75/shr, representing a 16.5% premium to Thursday's close.
