AstraZeneca (AZN LN) - The original BLA submitted to the FDA by AstraZeneca was based on a planned interim analysis of the Phase III TULIP-SC trial evaluating the subcutaneous administration of Saphnelo, which met the primary endpoint. A decision from the FDA on the updated application for Saphnelo SC is expected in the first half of 2026. Intravenous (IV) Saphnelo remains commercially available. (AstraZeneca)
BP (BP/ LN) - BP investors managing GBP 191bln in assets filed a special resolution demanding evidence that increased oil and gas spending will boost shareholder returns, Bloomberg reports. The alliance asked BP to show how it applies disciplined capital expenditure and assesses whether new projects generate acceptable returns, according to the filing. (Bloomberg)
French stocks - France’s parliament adopted the 2026 budget after PM Lecornu survived two no-confidence votes, ending months of political turmoil; a far-left motion won 260 votes, short of the 289 needed to oust the minority government, while a far-right motion also failed.

Plus 500 (PLUS LN) - Plus500 launches US prediction markets platform with regulated B2C offering. This new offering includes products from Kalshi Exchange ("Kalshi"), the first regulated event-based contracts exchange in the United States. (Plus 500)
Wizz Air (WIZZ LN) - The Co. announced that it carried 5.35mln passengers in January, an 8.5% increase Y/Y, with capacity rising 10.5% to 6.34mln seats. The load factor for the month was 84.4%, down 1.6% Y/Y. (Wizz Air)
