USPS says shipping price changes to take effect July 13th
- Changes would raise domestic shipping services prices about 7.1% for USPS Ground Advantage & 6.5% for Parcel Select.
- No price changes being made to priority mail express, domestic extra services, international ancillary services, or international products.
