EUROPEAN FIXED INCOME UPDATE: Gilts lead broad bond bounce

Analysis details (11:03)

It’s doubtful whether Bunds or the T-note would have regained poise without the revival in UK debt that is ongoing and on track to fill the gap from post-ECB peak to Monday’s w-t-d trough. Indeed, Gilts are now only one tick shy at 96.48, while the core Eurozone bond is towards the top of its 129.74-30 midweek intraday range and US counterpart edging higher between 109-10/03+ parameters. Ahead, not much before the stage clears for the Fed aside from ECB’s Elderson, weekly US MBA mortgage applications, EIA crude and product inventories and BoC minutes.
