EUROPEAN FIXED INCOME UPDATE: EGBs lead broad recovery into month end
Analysis details (10:45)
Bunds and their Eurozone peers appear to have peaked pending preliminary German national inflation data and a packed pm session comprising two of the Fed’s favoured price measures in the form of core PCE and the ECI. However, the 10 year benchmark has bounced further through a second big figure between 133.64-135.26 parameters, with Gilts and the T-note tagging along within 100.53-101.51 and 114-17+/115-08+ respective ranges and corresponding yields have retreated markedly from recent peaks, through 2.40%, 3.75% and 3.50% amidst marginal bull-steepening following a raft of mainly below forecast EZ macro releases.
