Analysis details (10:35)
A far from quiet Monday regardless of multiple market holidays, as bonds regain all and more of their knee-jerk US jobs data losses on the back of a safety flight prompted by war in Gaza. Bunds, Gilts and the T-note are off best levels, but mainly in consolidation following strong bounces to 128.69, 92.98 and 107-20+ at one stage. Note, debt futures got a bullish nod from JPM strategists that believe duration demand may resurface and remain bid even though oil is simmering again.
