Analysis details (10:57)

Bonds are off best levels after extending recovery gains to 131.17, 97.51 and 109-01+ in Bunds, Gilts and the T-note ahead of BoE testimony that has been hawkish on balance and Germany’s Bobl auction that was well covered. Accordingly, the pullback in UK debt was more pronounced, to 97.09, while the core Eurozone benchmark only breached the prior Eurex low by a few ticks, at 130.82. Still to come, several ECB speakers, some US macro releases alongside and after Canadian CPI and then the FOMC minutes.
