Analysis details (10:16)
Bonds are somewhat mixed and choppy after slipping to new intraday lows awaiting the final flip of the coin in terms of this week’s major data releases in the form of core US PCE inflation. However, Bunds have bounced from 128.31, Gilts from 92.33 and the T-note is off worst levels within a narrow 106-03/11 band, albeit still sub-par with potential for a pre-weekend squeeze on month end dynamics and Middle East conflict grounds.
