EUROPEAN FIXED INCOME UPDATE: bond bulls continue to turn the screw
Analysis details (10:59)
Bunds may have eased off the gas on technical grounds having probed a Fib, but not extending too much further beyond, or in consideration of supply given rather mixed German auction results. Either way, the core Eurozone debt future has eased back from best levels between 139.17-138.20 extremes and remains behind higher flying Gilts that recently eclipsed recent Liffe pinnacles to reach 105.79 vs 105.08 at worst, while US Treasuries are also lagging with the T-note just under 115-07+ within a range down to 114-29+ in advance of the Usd 43 bn 5 year offering.
