SL Green (SLG) Q2 2025 (USD): FFO 1.63 (exp. 1.37), Revenue 241.92mln (vs 222.82mln Y/Y). Manhattan same-store office occupancy was 91.4%, targeting 93.2% by year-end. Outlook: Raised FY25 FFO view to 5.65-5.95 (exp. 5.42, prev. saw 5.25-5.55), citing higher income from its debt and preferred equity portfolio.
