BP (BP/ LN) - Q3 2025 (USD): Adj. Net Income 2.210bln (exp. 2.030bln), EPS 0.14 (exp. 0.11), announces USD 750mln share buyback; Operating Cash Flow 7.79bln (exp. 7.22bln), debt gearing 25.1% (exp. 24.9%). 2025 guidance: BP now expects reported upstream production to be slightly lower and underlying upstream production to be broadly flat compared with 2024. Within this, BP expects underlying production from oil production & operations to be higher and production from gas & low carbon energy to be lower. BP now expects divestment and other proceeds to be above USD 4 billion in 2025. (BP)
